If you’re unsure what to order, that’s actually the best way to start. Talk to Izzy, mention a bottle you like or don’t like, and let him build the tasting around it. It’s far from the centre, but I’ll say this without hesitation: you won’t find a better whisky bar — not just in this city. Period.
