Shugetsu

The only place in Europe serving Shugetsu-style tsukemen ramen. Fresh noodles, deeply concentrated dipping broth, and uncompromising Japanese technique. Worth the trip outside the centre.

Tip from the locals:
This isn’t classic ramen. Tsukemen is about dipping noodles into a very intense sauce, so order it if you’re curious to try something truly authentic and different. If you prefer a safer choice, they also have more traditional ramen styles on the menu.
