Oproti — my go-to neighbourhood café in Ružinov. Great specialty coffee, memorable cookies often finished with a pinch of salt that just works, good food, and local art on the walls. One of the best stops when wandering around Ružinov — worth leaving the centre for.

Tip from locals:
Besides taking home a piece of original art by A TY CHUJE (you’ll spot their work around Bratislava), go for a 10-minute walk to Štrkovec Lake for a calm city break. Or head the other way — just six minutes toward the centre — to Phong Nam Bistro, a local favourite for proper Vietnamese food.
