Tip from the locals:
Skip the menu once and do this instead: give them one spirit + one rule — “gin, fresh, not sweet” or “whiskey, stirred, no vanilla.” They’ll build something that fits you better than any printed list. Sit at the bar if you can. And the entrance is part of the game: left of Urban House, upstairs, unmarked door. It looks staff-only. It isn’t.
