Tip from the locals:
If you’re heading out of town, this is my favourite “last stop before the highway”: grab a coffee, then do a quick Fresh Market sweep — fruit, veg, cheeses, whatever you’re craving for the road (quality is usually spot on). Ask what they’re running on batch brew that day, but honestly… my ideal is a slow Saturday morning: cappuccino in hand, and a doughnut from the bakery across the way. Done.
